**Absolutely gorgeous double room in beautiful shared house, £600pcm inc, 10 seconds from station in Charlton, Northumberland for sale

This is a beautiful double room, decorated in very neutral colours, compromising a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and under-bed storage. It is on the top floor of a recently renovated and redecorated Victorian town house, sharing with two others. The house has many of its original features; wooden floors, coving and architrave etc. and has been decorated in a unique way. The room is on the back of the house which is extremely quiet as it overlooks some woodland. From the window you can also look out over the lovely garden. The two who already live there are a charity worker and a banker. One has their own en-suite, and the other you would share a bathroom with (recently remodelled with a power shower). We both travel a lot and are barely home - so sharing the bathroom is not a problem. When we are in London, we work very long hours. With this in mind we are ideally looking for someone similar, who travels a lot and is looking more for a stop over in London than a home with a 'family' vibe. The eat-in kitchen, with exposed brick wall and wooden worktops, is all brand new with an American style fridge freezer. It has large french doors that open fully onto a gorgeous garden which is maintained immaculately with potted plants, outdoor seating, a shed and a bbq. It's south facing so it has the sun at all times and is a really warm, gorgeous place to relax. The house is no more than a 15 second walk to the station, and trains run to London Bridge (15 minutes), Cannon Street (17 minutes) and Charing Cross (20 minutes) approximately every 7 minutes. You can also take a bus from the bus stop that's also 15 seconds walk away, up to North Greenwich Station which is 1 stop on the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf. Charlton is a lovely place to live - the village itself is very sweet and there's a lovely independent grocery store in the church square. Greenwich park is a short walk away. The room costs £600 per month which is inclusive of all bills - water, electricity and gas. It also includes Wifi and Sky package, and a cleaner once every two weeks. There is also a £600 deposit required. It is expected that the person would sign a contract to stay for one year - but there are no contract fees. It is available immediately and we are looking for someone to move in straight away. Again, we are ideally looking for someone who travels a lot - like we do. A professional - hopefully over the age of 25. Although we're quite busy, we're both super friendly, nice people. I am English and my friend is Austrian, I'm 28 and he's 32. We both like sports; I do triathlons and he does half-marathons. I watch The Daily Show pretty obsessively.
